disorganized and too many executive turnovers

poor pt care, poor infection prevention, no accountablilty. no one wanted to look at the whole picture as far as job cost, being more effecient, more cosrt effective. the coworkers were great. i did inservicing and teaching daily and care and treatments. i enjoyed the staff, doctors and collegues but as a whole the hoslpital was unconcerned with pressing problems and wanting to fix them which made my job harder but i tried workig with directors and ceo but was unsuccessful and felt i could not help and it makes me sad to leave the facility but necessary. i learned how rhe inerworkings of a hospital is and it was beneficial to my position and i worked very hard to job cost and save money.
