Management. The owners are jerks and the managers are clueless. They treat you like you are nothing and could care less about your personal life or family obligations. They could tell you no OT this week if you ask then tell you about 5 minutes before you get off Friday you have to work all weekend. If you had plans they tell you to pick between your family and your job.

Shift schedules were not bad. Except for staying till 4 a.m. that wasn't going to happen with me that's not what I was told during orientation. Job at self over all was okay besides getting a little itchy from fiberglass.

The actual whole concept of the company is pretty cool but they need some supervisor in there that know what they're doing. You don't fire reliable people

Don't count on anything you earn. Under qualified managers from Longaberger make over $100,000 with no responsibility, and high school friends of the younger owner get the promotions and raises. Myself and a lot of other hard workers were promised raises, but they always use a "bad year" as an excuse. But then you see the owners and their friend employees flaunt their money with expensive houses and cars. They squander so much money, but do very little to recognize the employees who are loyal and responsible.

Heck no. Turnover is so high and there is no investment in the employees. The few good managers we get leave because of the unprofessional unorganized culture. So we are stuck with unqualified so called managers who are rejects from other companies. Is Ridge professional? H E double hockey stick NO!
