Cashier, Ely, NV 89301 - March 3, 2017
When I had worked at Ridley's family markets as a cashier, there were too many problems to count. Incompetent managers, cleanliness, team-work, and overall performance as a store. As a cashier, the work was routine, not hard and didn't require much skill or thought. The troubles lied in the other employees, such as: cooperation, attentiveness, and performance. Stocking of the shelves wasn't maintained, the store wasn't properly cleaned, lack of work ethic, ect. To sum it up, it was the fundamentals the store failed on as a whole. It's sad to see that store fail, in all honestly. The staff were friendly, at least in my experience. For those who had done their job, they were really good at it. I wish the best for Ridley's, I hope their management improves.
