Since corporate acquisition, client care has decilned draqstically
Program Coordinator, Wimberley, TX - January 3, 2016
The company, once privately owned, was a pillar in the Texas world of addiction treatment. Since corporate acquisition in 2013, it has drastically gone down hill. Client care is regarded less than the bottom line dollar and it can be felt company wide. Many high end positions have been eliminated and the salaries have decreased significantly. They require masters level clinicians and will only pay bachelors salaries, if that. Many "green," sub-par trained clinicians lead to much turnover and decreases in client satisfaction across the board.
