The Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of the local office to ensure that the office is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies. Organizes and directs the administrative functions of the office including primary functions of payroll and billing, profit and loss management, accounting, data collection, records maintenance and employee practices.
Maintains ongoing liaison with clients, client families, and company employees and outside contractors. Arranges and negotiates services provided through contractual agreements.
Right at Home is looking for someone who has management experience in Home Health or Home Care.
The Office Manager will be available at all times during office hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and for emergency situation and immediate staffing of client cases. The Office Manager will participate on the "On-Call" calendar which includes some nights and some weekends.
