Diesel Technician, St. Paul, MN - May 4, 2016
Have been working there for 3 years doing a third shift job and out of the blue they just said we are closing third shift and could not answer any of our questions of what shift we are being moved to and how they are going to manage 10-12 techs for 5 hrs of overlap per day with a 9 bay shop and two overhead doors. Management does not think anything through before they do it and only care what is best for them. Parts department does not carry hardly any parts in stock for being a KW dealer we are ordering parts from Cummins and Allstate Peterbilt on a daily basis. Floor inside building is all wavy and had bunch of holes that they will not repair and is very hard to roll your toolbox and creeper on the floor, makes job very difficult. For being one of the oldest dealers in the united states you would think they would be one the the most advanced but they have not reinvested any money into the St. paul location.
