Good starter company
Foreman (Current Employee) –  Odessa, TXApril 26, 2017
You can learn a lot of useful skills at Riley. Good people. when work is good it's a great company. Benefits are nothing. advancement is dependent on location.
Pros
Lots of hours when work is good
Cons
Benefits, out of town work, unpredictability

Job requirements and expectations changed after hiring
Foreman/Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Farmington,nmFebruary 15, 2016
When hired was told out of town work was on a volunteer basis and only for short periods of 1-2 weeks at most . Out of town is work mandatory and with little or no notice (normally less then 12-hours prior to leaving). Periods out of town are quite often more then 1 month at a time and are very frequent (commonly I was gone for 8-9 months out of the year with less then 1 week home before leaving again). Chances for advancement and wage increase are very limited and the requirements for some advancements are nearly unachievable.
Cons
Frequent & long out of town jobs, poor leadership of supervisors, high stress work enviroment, long hours (sometimes 16+), unstable schedule, little or no notice to prepare for change in your work shift (day/night shift on jobs)

Didn't stick to original employment contract
Warehouse Manager (Former Employee) –  Odessa, TXSeptember 30, 2015
President of company did not honor or stick with the original contract of employment. Job position, duties, and requirements were completely changed from what was expected at the time of employment and agreement to relocate.

No change in pay scale was offered, despite the extreme increase in duties and responsibilities. There was no expectations of advancement, and no defined means of getting any form of increase in wage.
Pros
Overtime hours for some positions were overly abundant.
Cons
No pay raises to allow for cost of living. Poor benefits.
