Didn't stick to original employment contract
Warehouse Manager (Former Employee) – Odessa, TX – September 30, 2015
President of company did not honor or stick with the original contract of employment. Job position, duties, and requirements were completely changed from what was expected at the time of employment and agreement to relocate.
No change in pay scale was offered, despite the extreme increase in duties and responsibilities. There was no expectations of advancement, and no defined means of getting any form of increase in wage.
Overtime hours for some positions were overly abundant.
No pay raises to allow for cost of living. Poor benefits.
