Job Description:

The RingCentral Channel Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Analyst.

Channel Marketing is responsible for the marketing spend and customer acquisition efforts across the company. We are looking for someone to support the Channel Marketing team in executing, analyzing and reporting on various marketing efforts.

The right candidate will combine project management skills, analytical skills and attention to detail. You will be comfortable performing a wide variety of tasks and working with multiple systems, teams and software packages. You are eager to learn and grow with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

This is an Analytical Marketing position.

Responsibilities include:

Forecasting - use data to predict short-term and long-term trends for making strategic decisions. Have intimate knowledge of the data available and actively mine it from our BI database. Build models in Excel to understand complex relationships between variables and gain insight.

Work with channel managers to track and forecast 15 revenue channels and respective spend and ROI, enabling team to ‘land the plane’.

Work closely with finance and marketing channel managers handling expenses and financial accruals.

Perform weekly reporting and cohort / ROI analyses. Creating reports, analyzing results and calling out trends and outliers.

Create presentations with data, learnings, and recommendations.

Test new online partners and programs, working with Creative team to design and develop marketing collateral.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field.
World Class proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly and thrive in a fast paced (startup) environment.
Ability to self-prioritize, handle multiple projects, and work well across teams.
Ability to use data to find patterns and solve complex problems.
2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Report directly to the Vice President of Channel Marketing and able to summarize and walk executives through reports and major metrics.
