I was responsible for the relationship between RingCentral and the Carrier. It was my job to create how it would run, what it would look like, and driving revenue at the same time.
I managed 4 B2B Sales channels; Dealer, Field (outside sales), National Inside Sales and Business Customer Care (call center). I was tasks to work within these channels to drive revenues, build marketing material, and ensure that RingCentral Implementation team was abel to asset the carrier with "First time right" philosophy.
I have enjoyed every avenue of my experience with RingCentral. I have learned so much, working with a silicon valley company, getting experience with USA companies, and built the relationship with the carrier that I was responsible for. I can't wait to see what's next.
It is amazing to work with such an innovative company that have fast growth and welcomes new challenges. I have nothing bad to say about working for them as it was all truly amazing.
