A typical day would be to show up and open up the restaurant/bar. Do our morning duties and prepare for customers to come in. as the day went on, we would provide exceptional customer service and do what we could to make their day better with providing food/beverages. One of the qualities I learned to quickly master was multitasking. Being able to take orders, talk to customers and fellow employees all while providing the best service possible. Management, for the most part, was good. They put a lot of trust in their employees to make the right choices and be able to perform their jobs. The most enjoyable part of the job was probably the relations ships you would make. Relationship with fellow workers and even customers would stick with you for years to come. I have met some of the most influential and caring people while working here and have built amazing relationships.
