Pros: paid training
Cons: calling center just took teh cream of the crop.
I typically got along very well with my co workers. We went through training together to learn all about Boston culter and lifestyle becuase Rise Health is a company st up for taking in gross number of calls for the public to call and make appointments to see thier physician. I went for the training and was just days away from going live when to my – more... understanding they scrapped off the slowest. I learned appoinmet management and the joy of using two screens at once. Hardest part of the job was staying calm as the managers were always precautioning the new hires about it taking place up north. – less
