Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZMarch 17, 2017
Corporate culture is changing but until recently RB has always been a place that valued relationships with customers.

Days pass quickly in a fast paced, high stress environment.

Great for Self starters and people that do well without a lot of hands on supervision
Pros
Free lunch during auction week; good benefits; never boring
Cons
Required overtime pre-during-and post auction is considerable, Employee morale is at an all time low

Great place to work with lots to do
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 16, 2017
Coworkers are (generally) fun to be around and all work together to accomplish tasks. HOWEVER, sale temps can be a little strange. Management is, on the whole, very helpful and they care about their employees. During non-sale times, the office is slow. However, during sale times, you will be hopping! It is a fast-paced environment that offers a great challenge.

I should note: If you are a woman and are working directly with customers, consider yourself warned- Many of the customers who come in will be very un-willing to listen, vulgar, and at times, inappropriate. It is important to have a strong personality and a "no flack" attitude.
Pros
Lunch provided during sales, fast-paced environment, fun coworkers
Cons
short breaks

Trainee Territory Manager (Current Employee) –  Orlando, FLJuly 19, 2016
Great company to start with, not impressed by management. As a sales representative I built relationships with customers, assessed value of their equipment to maximize returns at auctions around the world.

Customer Service Supervisor/Manager (Former Employee) –  Butner, NCFebruary 22, 2015
I was responsible for equipment inspections. Writing of contracts. International Sales , shipping and tax. Reports, deposits hiring, training, titles and customer service. I have traveled three to four months at time. I enjoy sale days but the can be long and intense. I enjoyed my co-workers and still talk to many of them. What I most enjoyed was the travel and meeting new people and learning new ways to do things.
Pros
I enjoy people, training love marketing and travel
Cons
that my company downsized.
