Cons: not enough employees, so temporary employees were utilized
I enjoyed my work at the Ritz-Carlton for 12 years combined. During my time in the Banquets department, I was able to create memorable experiences for our guests by setting up and serving their weddings and corporate events. I took any and all guest preferences and exceeded them with delight. Management was always positive and upbeat, giving us full charge in fulfilling guests needs. My co-workers were very like-minded individuals, and together we created a very positive work environment. The most challenging part of my job was to fulfill the requests of over 80 individuals, taking charge of the team. This, subsequently, was also the most enjoyable part of my job as well.
