Once the real outcomes of their programs come to light (as in an outside independent audit, with no warning or heads up), the organization will ve shut down quickly! DBHDD needs to talk with clients regarding experiences with appointments being taken off the schedule wih no notice, people going without meds for weeks due to staff, people being released to return home who are high risk for harm to self/others, being listed as "non-compliant" when they were hospitalized due to staff negligence.
Unless your willing to work at an organization where you are taking on lots of responsibility, with no backing from management and possibility of your job going away, don't work here.
On the positive side, lots of trainings. Negative side, Always Negotiate Salary! They will undercut you as low as possible!
Completely bureaucratic system. Seems great until you've spent time there. Some clients get a lot of services, but most are blow off. Status Quo cannot be challenged!
They are all about the money, not service oriented to clients unless they can make lots of money off them. Innovation is stifled. Management will tell you a bald face lie that unless your educated in the topic it will sound good.
DBHDD needs to do a full investigation regarding client care and welfare.
