Typical day includes doing many over the counter transactions, account opening and maintenance, booking loans, sales, problem solving for customers, continued training, and behind the scenes office needs such as filing paperwork, balancing teller drawers, and more. I have learned to problem solve efficiently and professionally while keeping customers satisfaction and security top priorities. Overall great team focused culture. Hardest part of job is losing customers due to new policies.Most enjoyable part is building relationships with customers that live in same community I do.
