Pros: Quick placement - also a red flag
Cons: Late pay, bad assignments (as in sending you into horrible situations), and treat you as a commodity
I've read the other reviews and management in other cities sounds head and shoulders above what is reality in Kansas City.
You are a commodity. Period. The company to which your assigned is who OT cares about - not you. They will verbatim pass along any concerns you have, they will forward your emails asking to be reassigned.
OT could offer me a job make 10k a hour and I would decline.
Shifty, shady and in it for themselves. I've worked as a "consultant" before, and NEVER treated the way KC's version of OT treats people.
