Med/Surg floor - RN, Ravenna, OH - August 14, 2017
I was a new nurse when I started at Robinson, and I only worked there for just a little over one year. Working the med/surg floor was a great experience for me because as a new nurse I got to see many different types of cases. It helped me to decide what direction I wanted to take my nursing career. I felt the working culture was good there. Other nurses were helpful. I felt management was fair. This hospital has since been bought out by Cleveland Clinic. It has been 15 years since I have worked there, but at the time I was there I felt valued and it was a good experience.
