There is a very rigid divide between support staff and management that is very difficult to breach. Benefits and resources are great.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee), Newark, NYAugust 20, 2014
Pros: good pay
Cons: poor environment
RGH is a pretty good employer over all. The management and nursing staff is all politics, but as is any nursing home or hospital. Its your standard health care facility. Great benefits for the most part, its just a little expensive.
