Administrative Assistant, New York, NY - July 16, 2012
During a typical day at work, I proveide assistance to the Property Manager, and Assistant Prperty Manager of the building that I work in. I take care of a large range of responisbilites. The simplest of my responisbilites are; answering phones, ordering supplies, and also doing the payroll for the security gueards and engineers in the buldiing. I also handle larger responsibilites such as setting up contract work between vendors and tenants in the building. I am able to multitask very well, and can handle all that is needed of me. Regardless of the work load, I am always able to manage my time properly to accomplish each task.
