Search Marketing Manager (Former Employee) –  Rogers, ARSeptember 13, 2016
Work load is dependent on project and seasonal influences. Unless fully retained, work involved multiple client accounts, which at first is challenging to balance work load and meet deadlines. Unlimited PTO and opportunity to work from home allowed a great work-life balance. In fact, I found it easier and productive to work from home versus in the office. The office culture is very high energy and interactive, there is always some kind of celebration going on, which keeps the mood light in a fast paced environment. I loved all my coworkers and management, we work like wholesome team and was the most enjoyable part of the job.
Pros
free lunches, work from home, unlimited pto, you earned it points, relaxed
Cons
dead seasonal times with very little work, difficult advancement

Terrible upper management
Manager (Former Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXFebruary 5, 2016
There is a strong lack of leadership and communication throughout this company. The Director of Operations who is also HR director is extremely unprofessional. Rather than counseling you get foul language used on you. When reaching out to the CEO he will avoid your calls and/or emails.
Pros
Promoting from within
Cons
Upper management, poor communication

The employees are great
Senior Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJune 19, 2014
The work/life balance is good for an Ad Agency, all the way around which is a big plus for anyone coming out of agency-land. I had the opportunity to be involved in more than just the recruiting aspect while handling HR/ER issues and learned a great deal about the forecasting of staffing needs in a heavily project based environment. My coworkers on the peer level were great but the environment could sometimes be challenging as the leadership of the company were never on the same page.
Pros
work/life balance
Cons
leadership
