Rockford Health System is the most comprehensive health system in the Rock River Valley and has served the region since its founding in 1883. Van Matre HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital
Van Matre HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital is a 55-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that provides a higher level of rehabilitative care to patients who are recovering from stroke and other neurological disorders, brain and spinal cord injury, amputations, orthopedic, cardiac and pulmonary conditions.
Visiting Nurses Association
Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) has been providing compassionate home health care to the Rock River Valley for more than 100 years. VNA offers a variety of services, including nursing, rehabilitative therapy, I.V. therapy, home medical equipment, hospice and older adult care, as well as pediatric, psychiatric and geriatric care.
