R* Leeds has a great work ethic with some wonderful people, good local communication and management that cares. Typically, in audio the work was mostly alone making and implementing audio into the game. the hardest part was keeping up communication within the global team and acquiring peer reviews and constructive feedback.
the most enjoyable part of the job was hearing the work you'd spent days working on theoretically within the script/code side of things working correctly within the context of gameplay.

Great, creative, rewarding experience. The environment and coworkers never made this feel like work. Everyone was focused and stayed on the tasks at hand. That hardest part was hitting milestones during crunch time.
