Within finance, the culture promotes people to be sneaky, back stabbing, and compliant with whatever management thinks; even if you know they are wrong. On LinkedIn, an article about having a toxic work environment is almost always comes up as being popular within your company. After reading nearly all of these articles, I can confidently say that literally every trait people associate with having a toxic work environment is completely true. My advice; steer clear at all costs!!!
