Typical day of work: Show up 10-15 min early to get the day's update on reservations. Responsible for setting up sections to ensure success of the team. Often times we ran on a skeleton crew, 4 servers for 320+ costumers. Management entrusted a few of us to make sure that the end of shift procedures where followed through. Often times giving us the opportunity to do tasks not normally performed by someone at our management level. Hardest part of the job was maintaining a positive demeanor when management refused to follow through on procedure changes. Most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with new and repeat costumers.
