It really depends on the division and fleet you are on. It's also important to note that Roehl pays practical route mileage, so you're paid for more of the miles you actually drive. This equates to about 5-8% more pay. Plus, Roehl's Your Choice Pay Plan empowers you to get a get a raise each quarter up to the top rate so you're not waiting for annual increases. This depends on your experience level. If you're an experienced truck driver, you could submit an application and start the following week. If you're an owner operator, you probably will take more time to make the transition. Inexperienced truck drivers and people who want to be paid while they get their CDLs take a bit longer because of certain requirements before employment. No matter what, you'll want to at least connect with Roehl and start the application process. You can do so by applying online here: https://goo.gl/Ydwcq1
