Lots of promises but not delivered!!
Current Driver (Current Employee), Northern statesFebruary 28, 2013
Pros: decent truck
Cons: no home time poor planning and fleet mgrs
A poor fleet manager can ruin your experience! Mainly drive in the Northern states and home time which they boast is a joke! Promises are out 18 home 4 but it never happens. It is only 2 days on most runs. The fleet mgr is not accessible and plans routes on impossible roads instead of the shortest easiest route. Not a company to stay with. I have met – more... more new drivers than senior ones. For every 20 they hire it feels like 40 quit. Very disappointed in the company. – less

Good place to start then leave
OTR Driver / Trainer (Former Employee), Marshfield, WIJanuary 25, 2013
Pros: get that 2 years and find other work
Cons: hugh turnover rate
Say Goodbye to your home. They say you have great home-time but only 34 hours till they force you to leave out and get that load there. Any bonuses they have they do everything to take them away. You a suspect in everything you do. If managers can blame you for anything, they will.
