My typical day begins with checking back-orders in our system to ensure correct ordering for each customer and quantities ordered, send each item to our distributor for timely delivery. Check emails for orders or problems that occurred, find resolutions for any such problem. I have learned about the flooring industry, materials used, and how they are used for applications. My co-workers are hard-working women with families who try hard to please customers and management. The hardest part of my job is double checking orders to make sure all items are ordered correctly by other CSR's in the office and to minimize errors that may occur. The most enjoyable part is when the customer says that I have done a great job at getting their order to them in a timely manner.
