The biggest issue with this company was getting paid. There was always an issue with the salesmen pay, but the work environment was pleasant and enjoyable while helping people obtain their goals.

Management and owners here were incredible people to work for. I really cant say many bad things. The hours were incredibly long. The slow times were incredibly hard to get through. Sufficed to say the life of a salesperson is not for everyone. But I do cherish the people I've met, customers and coworkers, at Roger's.

Overall I have to say Its a pretty great place to work . I worked in the internet Dept, and later on as a Sales person. I learned a lot, and enjoyed working with most people. Management and owners are great.

Rogers Auto group is a nice company to work for if you are not looking to advance in your career. Most of the management in their positions have been there for years and it plan to stay there. The benefits and pay suck!
