Just another piece of crap company.
You can apply for a position with this company for which you are extraordinarily well-qualified, and you will NEVER hear back from the company.
You will, however, continue to see the same position advertised by them, week after week, month after month, for a year or more after you have applied.
I wish Indeed.com had some kind of filter that could be turned on to knock out ads by these clowns.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Rohm and Haas?
Any advice on striking the right note?

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?
How does Rohm and Haas stack up against the competition?

Do you work at Rohm and Haas? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

The microbiologist job at R&H located in Springhouse Pa is posted every few months. There is a HIGH TURNOVER RATE for this job. I interviewed for it and the interviewers were extremely rude and obnoxious. I was interviewed by 5 people in a group setting. One was a woman from India, one was a man (a teenager?) and the other three were woman who all looked like clones of each other because they all had gray permed hair and wore wire rimmed glasses. They were all extremely rude people and had very VERY bad attitudes. Judging by the way they treated me during the interview process, I began to wonder if I wanted to work for these people. As it turned out, it was not for a Microbiologist position at all it was for a SALES POSITION but it was advertised heavily as a MICROBILOGIST JOB. When I asked them why the job was posted as a microbiologist job when it was actually for a SALES position, I was quickly told by one of the permed haired women that it was NOT MY PLACE TO ASK QUESTIONS. Judging by the HIGH TURNOVER and knowing that this job is heavily advertised every few months, those people in that group must be really HORRIBLE to work with.
GOOD LUCK!
