Supervisor (Former Employee) – Orem, UT – November 27, 2017
There was not a lot of opportunity for advancement, many temporary projects, overall a temporary sort of job. I did become a team lead very quickly but once the project was over they didn't offer me another lead position.
Unstable work environment and room for improvement
Customer Support Specialist (Former Employee) – Springfield, MO – June 19, 2017
Customer Support had incomplete processes, management was not involved in day to day processes, and the finance department has a lot of room for improvement as several unpaid invoices from vendors that were more than 365 days.
Assistant Manager/Caregiver/Med Tech (Current Employee) – DeWitt, MI – June 9, 2017
Working for ROI has been a great experience; I enjoy the residents that I take care of and the people I work with. I moved up fairly quickly in a matter of a couple months to assistant manager, however there is no further advancement or pay. The hardest part of the job for me is not the job itself, but the constant late hours that keep me away from my family life. The staffing has been inadequate and the on-call help is never available.
I love the environment and the people I work with.
The constant late hours and unexpected double shifts.
construction laborer (Former Employee) – Wethersfield, CT – May 23, 2017
A typical get together in the morning meeting so we can know our team and assignment for the day. How to work with power tools and around a large work space. Management was great to learn from and work with.Workplace was a safe environment to work around on.The hardest part, well you know in construction , nothing is easy as it looks. The end of the day.!
