Heavy Equipment Operator, Iuka, MS - June 21, 2013
All around it was a pretty good job. Swing shift was difficult to get use to. I learned a lot about how to guide others and lead by example. Being a lead man gave me the opportunity to gain respect and learn how people react to different approaches from someone in authority. I usually get along good with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was working in the heat, of course. Working with so much metal all day everyday made my surroundings so much hotter. The most enjoyable part of the job is the relationships that are built with your co-workers.
