Inbound Sales Account Representative, Covington, GA - August 9, 2017
A typical day consisted of logging in and being prepared to sale each customer the service for their home. I learned several sales techniques and ways to build rapport from customers of all walks of life. It was a call center environment where we were micromanaged daily so self discipline was necessary. The hardest job would be being your own worst critique on what you could've done better when you did not get a sale. I enjoyed the interaction with the variation of customers I encountered.
