I work at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems in Mount Vernon, Ohio for Ceva Logistics as a Project Logistics Coordinator. I have been promoted to several positions within the 14 months that I have been at Rolls-Royce. The work is very interesting, and challenging.

Upper Management who you will be reporting to for Commercial Marine is a mess! Not professional or ethical in
dealings. The local Service Manager has a select group of buddies that he supports. Not a pleasant environment.

Rolls-Royce is a very strong Company that has a terrifc future. This Company is very focused on the core business of Aerospace.

Rolls-Royce has world-class training programs that are ideal for those who want to build a career in engineering. The brainpower at the company is mind-boggling, although this can result in a 'paralysis-by-analysis' mentality.
