Completely inadequate management that is self serving
Operations Director (Former Employee) – Rochester, MN – January 8, 2016
Loved the mission, loved the job, the management, however left very much to be desired. A typical day was non-existant, maybe one of the reasons I enjoyed the work, unfortunately the "Executive Director" felt threatened by anyone that might have better ideas or experience than she, so rather than appreciate the contributions of others, she shuts them out and makes their life miserable.
I volunteered to cook and help with fund raisers for Ronald McDonald House
Volunteer (Former Employee) – Mobile, AL – May 20, 2013
In highschool, I went through a interview process and got the opportunity to be on a committee to raise money and volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. It was a great experience and I would definitely do it again.

Volunteer (Current Employee) – Long Branch, NJ – July 15, 2015
Job advancement and work benefits are non-applicable in my case because I was a Volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House. I was able to write letters and help organize certain events, further sharpening my administrative skills.
Assistant (Former Employee) – Philadelphia, PA – December 20, 2014
This job was no pay , it was volunteer work and I liked it very much. I loved being around the children and helping out. The hardest part was seeing the children go through there conditions because I got so close to them
