Working as a partner was a great role in a prestige among people of similar likeness. For the most part no one was judgmental of anyone present, that wasn't the outlook. The mall mentality is a very different way of viewing at each other in the light of optimism like seeing the cup half-full as oppose to half-empty, and good way to perceive people in general. Understanding that each an everybody is unique in there own way about themselves, and embracing those qualities to build a working relationship, and potentially get the sale. Building a network of customers is a niche in the market place, that will help in the long haul with making contacts to assist the sales agenda as well as reach store goals. Colleagues were great to have around teaching the in's and out's of the game, work hard, then play as they say "you can't mix business with pleasure." Management supported me in transition to better my professionalism on a multitude of levels thereby gaining valuable work experience to carry-on- board for a future endeavors.
