Stay on your toes and anticipate guest needs, with the hotel being mostly 60% business / 40% Leisure, its is fast-pace. With high rates come high expectations. The upper management is excellent in mentoring and supporting associates in all departments and promoting within. Everyday is different and most days can be very demanding with so many VIP clientele and guests. At the end of the day recognition and respect is passed around. Most associates are humble and appreciate of each others work and success. It is very rewarding to be see your name mentioned on a survey from a satisfied guest.
