Typically the process begins by submitting your resume. Once we receive your resume we review it and if your experience is a fit we then schedule a time to speak over the phone. If we feel you are a fit we then schedule a Skype interview with the hiring manager. If you make it to the final stage, we then fly you out to the island so you can meet with the search committee for a final interview. This process can take a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on your availability as well as the search committees.
