Medical Assistant/PCA (Current Employee) – New Haven, CT – April 26, 2016
You have to be open to any situation, ready for whatever comes. The experience is a plus although some establishments take advantage of the opportunity. The hardest part of the job is working sometimes months without time off or having vacation time.
experience in different skills and building a working resume
no paid time off, if there is nothing available no income to come in.
A fun, supportive environment to grow your skills.
Technical Recruiter (Current Employee) – Southern California – December 2, 2015
Collaborative, cooperative culture and work/life balance are emphasized here which is great. You'll never dread coming to work. There doesn't seem to be much room for advancement but, if the agency setting is your cup of tea then this is a great place to be.
Business Solutions Specialist (Former Employee) – Fresno, CA – November 4, 2015
I loved the work, the learning curve, and most of people. There were a few backdated employee skirmishes that really packed in a "if you're new, you have a lot to experience as a sales person, hahaha" jumble. But as a whole, and aside from my major clash with a coworker, Roth Staffing was a wonderful place to be!
Free Scheduling, Pancake Breakfast, Open Managerial Review Time, and Great Coworkers

Receptionist (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – June 2, 2015
Placement by Roth Staffing Companies has been with the Oracle Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Receptionist with Oracle, the work environment, staff, and management team are outstanding. A typical day is spent working independently performing front desk duties. The most difficult aspect of the job is working alone and primarily separated from the other employees. However, the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere is a great compensation.
Well-intentioned company. Lots of potential, but need better leadership.
Business Analyst, Corporate Technology Division (Former Employee) – Orange, CA – November 19, 2014
Good company with good intentions. It is family-owned and operated. Unfortunately they have some family members (nephew) working there that get away with too much and are verbally abusive. First and last family-owned company I work for.
owners and are doing their best to try and evolve in the right ways.
family members in leadership positions who should not be in leadership.
Applicant (Former Employee) – dallas – November 17, 2014
They call people in left and right for interviews, but they rarely ever have projects. I know plenty of lawyers who have interviewed here but not a single one has ever done a doc review project. Waste of time, do not even apply.
Recruiter (Former Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – July 18, 2013
The company's core values focus on employee empowerment, candidate satisfaction and client retention. They do a great job in addressing all 3 of these different needs. The company is privately held and has a 'family' like atmosphere. The corporate office does a great job in communicating company initiatives and discussing the direction of the company across 300 offices nationwide.
