Jim Kilgore was an Air Force veteran who wanted a successful civilian career after the military. A friend recommended a career in plumbing at Roto-Rooter. Upon touring the facilities and meeting Roto-Rooter employees, Jim decided to begin training to become a licensed plumber.
After high school, Ariel was unsure of following in her father’s footsteps in medicine. Instead, Ariel decided to follow her lifelong dream of becoming a plumber. Now a licensed plumbing professional and trainer at Roto-Rooter, this single parent proudly calls her job a first-choice career.
