The thing i like about this job the most is the fact you do both shuttle and valet. Meeting alot of people and helping the elderly to and from their vehicles.

Pros: good enviroment

Very good casino, with average customers with a great potential for better business but although they enforce customer service relations, the lack the proper employee training. Management needs to better train middle management and supervisors

Banker/Cage Supervisor (Former Employee), Laguna, NMAugust 28, 2012
Pros: good people to work with.
Cons: the small casino was still in operations which was a small triple wide trailer.
Just count in & out the cashiers to make sure that their draws were balanced. IF there were any overage then it required a variance which showed an overage or shortage of their draws.

Pros: everything but the hours
Cons: hours
typical day of work consisted of being availible for the elite players. Checking them into tournaments, writing complementary notes, talking with players. Helping execute casino events. Emceeing promotions etc. Co-workers are wonderful. Hardest part of the job was the hours. 12 noon - 2 am and on call constantily. Most enjoyable part was everything – more... but the hours. – less
