usually a work day would start off with lunch, hardly ever did breakfast menu, but lunch menu was more fast paced and filled with customers. I learned how to adapt to a small quick assembly line, learned how to fry foods and multi-task plus to time foods mentally, learned to cook half pound burger, take various orders. Got use to a clean work environment, picked up extra slack and helped others catch up with duties. management was very fair, worked well with co-workers when they kept up with multiple orders coming and going. the hard part about the job was degreasing fan heads, dishes, and closing, restocking and preparing for the next days shift. although it was in my daily routine it was actually plentiful and rather enjoying. it wouldn't be work without the hard work you put into your job. the part I enjoyed was the new work environment and friendly happy customers.
Customers, cooking, experience and the knowledge it came with.
