The Assistant Branch Credit Manager (ABCM) is responsible for providing support to the Branch Credit Manager (BCM), aiding the entire Car Now Acceptance Company (CNAC) staff with the growth and profitability of the portfolio and helping the customer achieve the goal of establishing or re-establishing a good credit score. To perform this job successfully, an individual must follow the policies and procedures as set forth by The Management Team, the Employee Handbook and our franchisor, J.D. Byrider Systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Understanding the customer’s objective of establishing a better credit rating and helping the customer accomplish this objective through CNAC advancement. Assist and empower customers with tools and education regarding their credit and personal successes.
- Assisting the Branch Credit Manager with daily tasks and portfolio growth, which includes budget analyses; customer interviews and credit bureau reviews; application verifications; closing contracts and performing associated transfers.
- Supporting the Account Representatives by collecting and maintaining customer information; building a relationship with the customer; processing account payments, and conducting account resolution activities.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-Year College or technical school; four plus years of consumer finance or sales/customer service management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
