I worked in the Mississippi plant. Managers are from Canada and Denmark. They struggle communicating and building moral. The factory runs sporadically (about 40% capacity) with promises of regular hours in the future. The hours don't come and lay offs are regular.
High turnover isn't just on the factory floor. Foreign managers cant seem to keep good local managers. Regularly letting good managers go for reasons unknown. HR calls the day shift in every couple of weeks to tell us who wont be showing up anymore.
If you are planning on working at Roxul MS, make sure you are actively looking for another job. You wont be there long.
