Management gives no direction and expect you to know procedures and intricacies of company policy/norms right away with little to no training. They say that they are not commission based but you get a "bonus" for every appointment and car sold. Good company and coworkers poor management/supervision.

Free lunch on Saturday. Good work hours, good coworkers

I actually loved working here and was very sad when my personal life conflicted with my career choice here and made me have to leave. I learned so much being here. I started as a file clerk and quickly worked my way through every department. I learned so much about how to run the business and all the different people it takess to make it work.
