Tons of room for advancement, no clear direction within company

Enjoyed working for Royal Farms, they gave us the tools we needed to get the job done at first, then came outrageous labor cuts (was running a 16% at a 24 hour location) employees and my managament team started to get moved to other locations, took a toll on our everyday customers because they did not see the faces they saw everyday since we opened, this affected sales and no matter how many complaints we had from customers to our corporate office, they seemed like they did not care about the employees that were running their operation. I enjoy people, I enjoy getting tasks done before the deadline, I like the pressure, I enjoyed all my coworkers and employees that I hired, I just could not work for someone who did not take my opinions and ideas for the business seriously.
