The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas. Knowledge and experience selling recreational and/or leisure products is desired. Our reputation is derived from our quality products, excellent service, dedication and commitment to our customers. Compensation arrangement includes a liberal commission structure with the potential for a motivated professional to earn over $100,000 annually.
Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Verifiable 2 years successful inside commissioned sales and customer service experience
- Proven success selling high-end luxury products is preferred
- Interact and negotiate with potential and existing customers to create demand, propose solutions, and close opportunities
- Proven Customer Service Excellence
- Ability to adapt to a growing environment with changing needs and priorities
- The desire and ability to work retail hours and various trade shows to obtain maximum sales and customer service results is required
- Must be computer literate;
- Proven ability to find, contact, and negotiate with potential customers
