We are a fast growing, dynamic company with 82 years of history in manufacture and sales of industrial chemicals. We supply products to industrial coatings, adhesives, aerospace, electrical and electronics industries. Originally headquartered in New Jersey, we moved to Sarasota two years ago. We are presently looking for an Administrative Assistant, with primary responsibilities in purchasing support, logistics and inventory management.
We operate on a cloud computing platform by Netsuite. The job responsibilities include: assisting in purchasing functions, inventory management, placing purchase orders, coordinating shipments with suppliers, identifying new suppliers and general office functions.
This position requires good communication and organization skills, multi-tasking abilities, computer proficiency, ability to learn and master new software systems, excellent phone skills and a Can Do attitude. This is not an entry level position. You must have prior experience in administrative experience, preferably in an industrial environment. .
