A place to retire in.
Employee (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXNovember 5, 2017
There's not much to be said other than it's a hard place to get hired in, but once you are apart of RPS, you want to retire here. Great people, challenging work, great rewards.
Pros
Excellent benifits
Cons
Associated with Energy field which can be risky for employment.

Corporate machine
Consultant (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 16, 2017
RPS seems interested in gobbling up other companies and that's about it. They seem to have little understanding or oversight of the companies they purchase. I received good experience at RPS and my managers and coworkers were great, but advancement in opportunities is lacking. RPS North America needs to focus on what their actual goals and plans are to make the company have culture and values rather than a completely corporate expansion mentality.
Pros
Coworkers. Relaxed managers. Travel benefits.
Cons
Compensation. Feeling like another unknown guy/gal in a cubicle.

Just Say No
Manager (Current Employee) –  TXApril 25, 2017
Great if you want the opportunity to learn what exactly who you don't want to work for in your next position. Micro managed, suppressive group of senior leaders that only promote loyalty not ability. Skip this one.

Meet tons of great people
MMO (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXJuly 14, 2014
I loved working as a marine mammal observer but the work was inconsistent. It was a great way to meet people from all over the world.
