A typical work day consist of speaking with customers every chance I get and informing them on the importance of having your HVAC system tuned up at least twice a year, and assisting them in having someone come check out their system if they feel that it needs to be replaced, entering leads into the computer, and following up with leads that were lost for whatever reason or that had to be rescheduled. While working for RS Andrews I have learned a lot on HVAC systems and the importance of keeping them maintained, I have continued to grow in the sales industry and customer service. The management team is very stern, and wants what they want done, done. Tries to accommodate everyone's needs as far as what store to work at for the convenience factor. The hardest part of the job is knowing the answers to customers questions when they ask you, and being able to follow through with the lead and actually have it locked in. The most enjoyable part of the job is speaking with customers everyday, and helping them on deciding what should be done with their HVAC system, and knowing that I control the commissions check with the amount of work and effort that I put in. Also the management team has contests on weekends that is fun to strive to win and get the prize.
