two day notice you were closing the store,low pay much work,drivers took all the respansablity for loads, trucks ,logs and you treaded us like we were a dime a dozen.Maybe drivers are a dime a dozen but not good ones. Thought you were shelling the francise?

RSC is to heavy on middle management thierfor to much micro management making it hard for local managers to run thier branches effectively.

Rsc Equipment Rental is a good place to work. I enjoyed working for them. Different locations have different management and the location I worked at needed better management than it had. I did not like the way things were done as management cut too many corners on equipment repair to get a job done properly just to save money.
