How long does it take to get hired. I am going on 60 days with 3 interviews and the DM says he has my offer ready however that was a week ago and I still haven't heard back.

2 months wait? Move on. They’re trailing you and using you as back up talent. Basically if someone quits they have you “just in case”. Normally there’s 2, maybe 3 interviews max if you’re applying for a store manager position. I’ve see managers hired on in less than 3 weeks. 60 days is them toying with you. Move on.

I got hired right after my interview. I would keep calling and asking about the position, and proceed to look for other jobs.

I was hired when my store was first opened. They had the store manager at the time in addition to the district manager and a lady whom I was not introduced to, conduct the interviews. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt that even though I was interviewing with my future boss and my boss's boss, it was much less stressful than it could have been. They were both very polite and friendly!

I was hired on the spot but their corporate is so slow i didn't start until three weeks after. this dm is playing you it should never take this long continue looking for other employment opportunities. usually only two interviews are required.
